Because of its specific construction, the universal automatic longitudinal infeed LTB is suitable for infeeding blisters as well as slightly larger single pieces, such as cakes. The LTB replaces chain belts such as the LT7.EV and is equipped with an accumulating belt, which has a configuration of indirectly driven conveyor rolls, thus a thrust-free accumulating conveyor is created. This prevents excess thrust. The small rolls with an external diameter of 35 mm are made of a plastic that barely sticks. The accumulating conveyor belt turns in one direction and the speed can be regulated. The conveyor belt has anodised side guide rails which can be adjusted width-wise. The infeed products are positioned automatically taking into account small deviating lengths; the individual length of each product is determined for this. With this sort of automatic infeed of products there are no start/stop movements in the product flow and the products are fed in continuously. The electronic computer-controlled longitudinal infeed is equipped with electronic speed regulation and 32 product programmes. The settings can be saved in combination with the pre-positioned infeed systems, if required. Specific features:
